What China Might Be Aiming For In Ladakh?

The tensions on Indo-China border is increasing day by day. Both armies are facing eyeball to eyeball. They are backed with infantry, tanks, armored vehicles and air defense. It is not at all a good situation to face both the militaries in a combat ready mode. Defense experts have rightly pointed out that a small local angry incidence can flareup the battleground.

But the question is, why China is picking up this quarrel with India, knowing it will be very difficult to grab any more disputed land on LAC using force. 2020 India is not 1962 India to be humiliated. Indian armed forces are very well prepared to give a befitting answer to China.

China is also facing hostile situation on its South and South East side. American aircraft carriers are patrolling South China sea. China is having a big problem going on in Hong Kong plus it has picked up fight with Taiwan. Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea and Vietnam. They too are rattled with China's expansionary policy. 

When China is having problems on all its borders then why is it showing hostile posture with India? If the conflict really breaks out then China has more to lose than India. China has already earned bad reputation due to Chinese Virus (COVID19) and a war with India will isolate China internationally.

This is important to note, after 1962 war till now, China had highlighted border disputes on the North East border of India. They have raised objection about Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalay and Sikkim. They have never picked up a border dispute in the plains of Ladakh after 1962. But now they are picking up a fight in Ladakh....WHY?

Challenges on the of J&K border

Before we analyze WHY China is picking up fight in Ladakh, let's first understand how the map has changed since 1947 between India, Pakistan and China in the Jammu & Kashmir region.

Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK)

in 1947 entire princely state of Jammu and Kashmir was part of India. This included Jammu, Kashmir valley, Ladakh, Gilgit Baltistan and Aksai Chin regions.

When Pakistan attacked India in 1947 and illegally occupied part of Kashmir, they snatched two parts of J& K, that is, very small portion of Kashmir valley and big mass of land of Gilgit Baltistan. India was left with Jammu, remaining part of Kashmir valley, Ladakh and Aksai Chin regions. The area marked as "Pakistan Administered Kashmir" is what Pakistan forcefully occupied in 1947.

Illegal occupation Aksai Chin 

Then in 1950 China started building a road inside Aksai Chin w/o India's permission. They wanted to grab Tibet and access to Tibet from mainland China is very difficult due to mountain ranges. Hence they started illegally occupying Aksai Chin to build roads to go to Tibet. This construction activity started in 1950, but was never detected by Indian military till 1957. 

By the time it was detected, it was too late and Nehru ceded Aksai Chin to China saying, that land is useless because it is a cold desert and cannot grow even a single leaf of grass! But obviously Nehru missed the geographic importance of Aksai Chin. He surrendered to the Chinese bullying. He thought, his socialistic ideologue friend China would stop by taking Aksai Chin. But that was not China's aim. They wanted Tibet and that is why they occupied Aksai Chin. 

China's forceful occupation of Tibet

Nehru realized China's real intentions when China attacked Tibet, but by then it was very late. In 1962 India was dragged into a  war with China without military preparation. Nehru was not a firm, resolute and dynamic leader to lead this war. This fact has recorded by number of military experts and diplomatic experts. The moment he realized well prepared Chinese military is getting heavy on ill prepared Indian military, he started giving conflicting signals to the Indian military. As a result, Indian military faced heavy human losses and this demoralized the military. The situation was so grim that Chinese forces were about to enter Assam and Nehru had mentally accepted to give away Assam to stop Chinese forces. 

By that time US had sent its forces to support India. China was aware about it and thus unilaterally declared ceasefire before US forces could reach India. They retained the hold on Tibet but vacated other captured parts of India. India was  defeated and humiliated by China in the war. As a result, India lost Aksai Chin and Tibet, both. 

Pakistan's gift of Shaksam Valley to China

After 1962 China war, Pakistan became more closer to China. Pakistan was always fearing that, one day or the other India will attack Kashmir Valley and reclaim PoK. To mitigate this risk, in 1963 Pakistan donated part of Kashmir to China. This part is marked in the map as "Shaksam Valley". Pakistan thought that if China is made party into the Kashmir dispute then India cannot do anything as India cannot challenge China!!! This is how, China got foothold in Kashmir valley.

Strategic Importance of Siachin Glacier

If you see the map, there is a very small triangular portion that is between Shaksam Valley and Aksai Chin. This is Siachin Glacier. This small portion of Siachin Glacier is separating two Chinese illegal occupation, that is, Askai Chin and Shaksam Valley. If Siachin Glacier peaks are occupied either by China or by Pakistan then Kashmir valley would firmly connect with China mainland.

It is strategically so important that the whoever controls the peaks of Siachin Glacier, they would practically control activities happening in mainland China, Aksai Chin, Shaksam Valley and Pakistan's PoK. 

The Karokoram highway that connects China with Pakistan through road, passed through Siachin Glacier. Karakoram pass, which is one of the oldest trade route is also in the same region. The Karakoram Highway is so close to the Siachin Glacier peaks that normal machine gun fire can block the road. Hence it is a big threat to China and Pakistan. 

Siachin Glacier is a very inhabitable, mountainous and rugged terrine, where living is not possible. This area is always covered with snow, freezing temperatures less than -30 degree Celsius, unpredictable winter storms and huge avalanches.  Due to these reasons, no one between Pakistan, China and India had claimed this region till 1984. It was practically no man's land because all parties thought, it is impossible hold on to the occupation.

But this changed in 1984 when India captured Siachin Glacier and fortified it's military position. After capturing, India fought number of battles with Pakistani army who tried to capture it back but they failed. Since then, Siachin Glacier is firmly controlled by Indian Army. Pakistani still wants to capture this region for the obvious strategic importance. 

India has not only fortified all the mountain top ranges in the Siachin Glacier but even made the Daulat Beg Oldie Air Force base fully operational. This base is situated at 5.1 Kilo Meters height and temperatures are below -30 degree Celsius. Please see the map of Daulat Beg Oldie base to understand its strategic importance.

It is located at a very strategic point to cover China occupied Shaksam Valley, Aksai Chin, Mainland China and Pakistan occupied POK. From this air field Indian Air Force can attack deep inside Pakistan and China. The only challenge is, because of the height, IAF fighter planes have some limitations on carrying fuel and weapons. But that is a different topic to discuss. 

China's financial interests in this region...

China had built Karakoram highway long back to connect Pakistan with China by road. This is their old trade route but it is very long and treacherous route. Plus it was not connecting to any seaports in Pakistan.

China's crude oil supply from Arab countries and Africa is through oil tankers that travel from Arabian Sea, circling Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, then into South China Sea and finally into China.

As you can see this route is very long and expensive to get crude oil into China. It is also expensive and time consuming to supply Chinese goods to the West Asia.  Every country needs cheap oil for its economic growth. High transportation cost for oil was hampering China's economic growth plans. Hence they came up with Silk Routes and One Belt One Way policy. This plan is to connect 70 countries for the trade purpose.

As a part of this policy, China started China Pakistan Economic Corridor or CPEC initiative. Under this plan, China developed port of Gawader in Pakistan for oil pumping. Then created multiple highways inside Pakistan to link East, Central and West Pakistan. All these highways lead to one highway into Gilgit Baltistan. The plan is, get oil from Arab countries in tankers to Gawadar port and transport it to China using CPEC road. The bigger plan is to create pipelines from Gawadar port till China along the CPEC road.

China has invested more than 80 Billion dollars of its own money plus given 50 Billion dollars loan to Pakistan. This huge investment has so far not given tangible results to China due to variety of reasons. Hence China is risking losing 140 Billion dollars investment plus loss of opportunity.

On top of it, India has protested with China and Pakistan for illegally using Gilgit Baltistan area for CPEC. This is because, India claims entire princely state of J&K that joined India in 1947, is legally owned by it. India plans to reclaim this illegally occupied land from Pakistan and China.

And...this is where the current problem is.

China's fear...

China is fearing, if India really reclaims Kashmir Valley, Gilgit Baltistan from Pakistan and reclaims Shaksham Valley and Aksai Chin from China then it will be a big jolt for China's CPEC plans.

It will be cut off from Pakistan completely and thereby with Arab countries and African countries. This will disrupt their oil supply and goods trade route with West Asia. And on top of it, if India blocks sea route for Chinese ships in Arabian Sea then it will face huge problem.

It is because of this fear, China is showing aggression in Ladakh. China and Pakistan feels that if India is challenged on two fronts then India will not dare to reclaim POK and Gilgit Baltistan. They both want to grab more land of India so that their CPEC road connection is not threatened.

China and Pakistan's Military Game Plan...

Look at the map where there is a current military conflict with China in Ladakh region.

The current conflict sites are;

1) Galwan Valley

2) Hot Springs

3) Pangong Lake

My estimate is, these hot spots are just the decoy. China and Pakistan wants India to look some other way so that they can achieve their goal.

I strongly think, the plan is something like this. 

Pakistan and China wants to capture some more land of Ladakh, cut off Siachin Glacier and create a rock solid, wide connection between China and Pakistan.

The military plan of China and Pakistan might be as follows.

Pakistan will attack Ladakh from Gilgit Baltistan.

China will attack Ladakh from Aksai Chin.

Both these forces would capture the portion of Ladakh; that could be in one of the three ways shown above (depicted in three colors).

The aim would be to cut off Siachin Glacier from India thereby ending India's threat to China, Pakistan and CPEC from the peaks of Siachin Glacier.

Grabbing the land around Siachin Glacier would join Pakistan with China with solid mass of land and then, India cannot threaten Pakistan to reclaim PoK and Gilgit Baltistan. 

This is the reason why Pakistan has moved its infantry in Gilgit Baltistan region instead of PoK. This is the reason why China is not ready to take back its forces from the three hot spots.

China may agree on the negotiating table to take back its forces from the three hot spots but in reality it will never pull back. China is known for such treacherous behavior and should never be trusted. They played the same game of negotiations with India in 1962. This time too, they will attack India when both Pakistan and China are ready to attack. Till then China will continue to come to the negotiating table with a statement for "peace".

Conclusion....

India must be prepared to fight a big bloody war with China and Pakistan simultaneously. 

China may open another front in the North East region of India to stretch India's fighting forces.

Pakistan may open another front on India's western border to further stretch Indian forces.

Pakistan may try to infiltrate terrorists in Kashmir Valley and start internal disturbances.

The war may start by August, September  and take a very dirty turn. As they say, you can decide when to start the war but you cannot decide when to stop. Hence end date is not known.

Indians must get prepared...

How Bollywood Is Used For Money Laundering?

How movies are used for money laundering?

The modus operandi is very simple. 

Let’s say a movie rights is sold to a distributor in western Mumbai for 50 crores. 

Let’s assume this distributor has a contact in 100 multiplex theaters in Mumbai where he can release his film. 

Now to buy the rights distributor needs 50 crores. Four people with black money pool in 10 crores each to raise 40 crores and remaining 10 crores is given by the distributor himself. This is all white money paid by check. 

Movie is released in 100 multiplexes simultaneously. They may collectively earn 100 crores in next two weeks. This is the real collection. But most of this amount is in cash and there is no money trail with bank transactions. 

Now here the underworld and black money owners play a trick. They ask the multiplex owners to inflate the collection and declare collection of 200 crores instead of real 100 crores. They give 100 crores in cash (20 crores each in cash) to the make total collection of 200 crores. This is all cash money and that is why there is no bank transactions to confirm. 

Now the collection is shown as 200 crores. 

Out of which they show expenses of 80 crores using false receipts. They show all this expenses were paid using checks hence it is a legitimate traceable business expense. All these payments are made to the dummy companies, which are, in reality owned by the underworld or same black money owners. This is how money is officially routed back to them using official channels. 

Basically underworld and black money users use dummy shell companies to launder the black money. The amounts paid to these companies are small hence no one can trace them. 

Now, after expenses, the net income for the distributor is 120 crores, out of which 50 crore is seed money, which means profit is only 70 crores. They pay tax of 10 crores on 70 crores to the government and rest all money is now white. 

Each investor who had put 10 crores of white money plus 20 crores of black money. On this investment, now gets back 22 crores of direct white money and 20 crores from the shell companies where fasle expenses were shown. They get back 42 crores of white money on the investment of 30 crore money. 

This is how black money is turned into white money. 

That is the reason why Salman Khan, Shaharukh Khan movies show collection of 400-500 crores. If you really check how much was the real collection from the theaters, you will find not more than 100-125 crores of actual collection. Rest all was black money.

What Will Happen About Sushant Singh’s Death Investigation?

A lot is being said and talked about Sushant Singh’s death and his ex manager Disha Salian’s death. 

Now there are rumors of some high level Shivsena leader was present in a house party of Disha Salian when she allegedly killed herself during the party and same Shivsena leader was also present in Sushant's house a night before he too allegedly killed himself. 

It is nor possible to verify the truth but looking at how Mumbai police are trying to cover up both the cases and blocking the truth from coming out, it gives a suspicion that, indeed there was some Shivsena political leader involved in these two deaths. If it was just the Bollywood personalities involved then Shivsena would not be so adamant. Shivsena is blocking the investigation, though there is so much of bad publicity.

But we need to explore other possibilities rather than just accepting media discussions.

Is it really true or just a news created for making a sensation to divert the attention? Let’s see what had happened during 12th March 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts investigation? 

Then Mr.Sharad Pawar was the CM during of Maharashtra. The news were ripe with stories of how a Dawood Ibrahim was involved in these bomb blast. 

Central government led by P.M. P. V. Narsimha Rao constituted Vora commission to probe links of politicians and film personalities with the underworld. This report was never published because it had huge explosive assertions on the links of leading Congress leaders with Dawood ibrahim.  It was alleged that Sharad Pawar’s close confidants were in close contact with Dawood. Hence the need of the hour was to get Dawood off the radar from news media. This was the important task for Maharashtra government!!!  

To achieve this objective, this is what Maharashtra government did.At that time, Maharashtra government broke the sensational news of film start Sanjay Dutt’s involvement in the Mumbai blasts. Sanjay Dutt was arrested and his father and congress MP Sunil Dutt was cornered. 

As a result of this sensational revelation, media kept on discussing Sunjay Dutt and Sunil Dutt for the next one year and everyone forgot Dawood’s involvement. 

In the Sushant Singh’s case too, is it not possible that NCP is playing the same trick by pointing involvement of some big Sena leader in this murder? 

Reason,...this will sensationalize the Sushant Singh’s murder and take away focus from...

1) Bollywood, Dawood gang nexus 

2) Bollytwood, politicians nexus

3) Dawood gang and politician nexus. 

This will derail the investigation and put focus on Shivsena. 

This is what was done during March 1993 Mumbai blast and same might be in happening now too. 

Think about this possibility...

What will happen next????

Media is asking for CBI inquiry which is constantly turned down by the police and Shivsena. 

On the other hand, Sushant Singh’s family has requested central Home Minister Amit Shah to intervene. 

There is a writ petition pending in the supreme court (as of 3rd August 2020) to stop independent investigation by the Bihar police.

As per constitution, Police is a state government responsibility and central investigation agency CBI cannot intervene directly. The case can be transferred to CBI only is state government requests or court orders. Shivsena will never give this investigation to CBI. But Bihar government can ask for CBI inquiry.

What will happen next? Will central government initiate CBI inquiry if Bihar government puts a request? 

I do not think BJP government in center would initiate CBI inquiry by going against local Maharashtra government. This will create huge political uproar. The whole issue will become highly toxic political issue. It will muddy the water more rather than bringing clarity.

Plus, if CBI book some people for the murders, then India’s inefficient and corrupt judiciary will take decades to punish the culprits. In that long waiting periods, witnesses can be compromised and no one will get punished. Thus, BJP will not get any tangible benefits from the court cases. 

Therefore my estimation is, Shah and Modi will try to solve problem by political bargaining. This is what may happen...

BJP will make a deal with NCP (or faction of NCP) by promising no leader from NCP will be investigated for having links with Dawood and no NCP leader would be investigated for murder of Sushant Singh. Plus there could be other dealings to share Governor proposed 12 MLC's for the upper house etc. 

In return, BJP will force NCP to withdraw support from the government. The government will collapse. Shivsena will lose power. 

Once the government falls,  BJP will NOT stake claim to form government with support from NCP but impose president’s rule. 

Under presidents rule, CBI inquiry will be instituted. CBI is under central government control hence they will not investigate NCP and Dawood’s links but focus on Bollywood's links with underworld. 

CBI would book some important kingpins from Bollywood and put the blame of Sushant Singh’s murder on them. Some other Bollywood famous personalities would be booked for links with Dawood for money laundering, illegal financing, tax evasion etc. They will also bring out uncomfortable links of Shivsena leaders with these murders. This will sensationalize the case and people will forget the real issue!!!

BJP will campaign during the next Maharashtra state assembly elections using Shivsena’s alleged involvement in all this and corner them. 

Result - 

BJP will get power in Maharashtra on its own. NCP will still retain its tally of 40-50 MLA’s, as usual and maintain bargaining power. Congress will be on third position with about 25-35 seats and Shivsena will be wrapped up with less than 20 seats and will be thrown to the last position. This will benefit Raj Thakrey and his MNS party. They will get elected from the seats where Shivsena is traditionally strong but MNS is the second choice. 

Shivsena will be the biggest loser. They will also lose the Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections to BJP and MNS. Thus Shivsena will lose its milking cow. 

Politically Shivsena will be finished and BJP will control Maharashtra on its own. 

The Bollywood actors booked in the murder charges, underworld links charges and money laundering charges will get bail and continue their normal life. The cases will fall off after 20 years and they will be acquitted of all charges. 

This is how Sushant Singh and Disha Salian’s murders will be solved. This is how they will get the justice. 

I don't want it to go in this way but I do not see BJP government in the center would intervene without imposing president's rule.

Happenings on 26/11...

How Ten Terrorists reached Mumbai...official version.

The journey of 10 Pakistani terrorists started on 23rd November 2008; i.e. three days before 26/11 when the 10 Pakistani terrorists and their support personnel boarded a small boat near Karachi port. They travel to the high sea where all of them were transferred to a container vessel named Al Fouz . This container vessel takes them near Gujarat in the the Indian waters, where the 10 terrorists and their crew were transferred to a Pakistani fishing trawler. The trawler enter Indian waters near Gujarat port and locates Indian fishing trawler "Kuber". The Pakistanis highjack "Kuber, transfer 4 of Kuber's crew member on the Pakistani trawler and leave the main navigator named Tandel on "Kuber". Tandel is asked to navigate towards Mumbai, on which he said, he did not have enough diesel to go to Mumbai. Pakistanis were well prepared for this situation and transferred 6 full barrels of diesel on "Kuber". 

The 10 Pakistani terrorists traveled for two and and a half days on "Kuber". During this travel, terrorists were constantly watching the travel path on GPS to ensure that the boat was going in the right direction. On 26/11 late afternoon, they reached 4-5 miles outside Mumbai coast and they started seeing Mumbai coast outlines. At this point, they stopped "Kuber", inflated their rubber dinghy, attached the propeller engine to it, packed their back packs with arms, ammunitions, communication devices and food supply and jumped onto the rubber dingy to reach Mumbai port.

But before leaving "Kuber" they slit the throat of Kuber's navigator, Tandel so as to wiped out evidence of how terrorists reached Mumbai. They were also instructed to sink "Kuber" and throw away satellite phone before embarking journey in rubber dinghy. But as they were transferring goods on the rubber dinghy, someone saw a big boat approaching towards them with speed and one of the terrorist shouted "Navy". Everyone panicked and quickly jumped on the rubber dinghy, leaving behind satellite phone on "Kuber" and forgot to sink "Kuber". 

Later, this satellite phone and "Kuber" became vital evidence to prove what route these 10 terrorists took to reach Mumbai.  

The terrorists landed at fisherman's colony named "Bhai Bandarkar Colony" in Colaba area of South Mumbai, at around 8.45 PM on 26/11. This area is also known as Badhwar Park. 

What happened after Pakistani terrorists reached Mumbai?

Let's see the map of location where these 10 terrorists got off.

The terrorist landed near the place marked with red pin in the above map. As you can see, this landing place is inside a gulf and requires precise navigation skills. A small mistake at night time would have taken them into a totally wrong spot. There are quite a few sensitive location near this landing place, like navy Nagar, Army area, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) etc where there is always lot of security. If they had drifted few miles away, they could have been caught by the police. It is a bit surprising to note that they had fed accurate coordinate for landing.

Question - How was it possible for the 10 semi literate Pakistani terrorists to navigate so precisely to the exact landing location, that too in an unknown city and at night time? Or is there a possibility, someone local was helping them to navigate correctly? This aspect, even if was investigated, was never made public by the investigating agencies.

After getting down at the seashore near Bhai Bandarkar Fisherman's colony,  the terrorists started walking towards the main road through the narrow lanes of the densely populated fisherman's colony. Unfortunately, there was India's cricket match going on on the TV and hence most of the people were indoor, glued to the TV and the narrow lanes were deserted. But still, one person got suspicious and asked the terrorists as what they were doing in their colony? One of the terrorists curtly replied in Bumbaiyya Hindi (slang version of Hindi spoken in Mumbai) to mind his own business. These terrorists were taught to speak Bambaiyya Hindi! Later Kasab too confessed that they were taught to speak Bumbaiyya Hindi so that they should easily blend with the local Mumbai people.

Question - If the terrorists were sent to kill people and get killed at the end, then why they were taught to speak Bambaiyya Hindi? Pakistani terrorists had done terrorist attacks in India earlier too but at that time, they were not taught to speak Hindi.  Why they were taught this time? 

The only logical possibility could be, if the terrorists had created a hostage situation, then the Bambayya Hindi speaking terrorists would have disguised authorities as they were Indians. Kasab had confessed that they were instructed to take innocent people as hostage and extend the fear of terror much longer. 

The controversy of the cabs....

Earlier police version said, the ten terrorists paired up and hired FIVE cabs to go to the five target locations. But Sr. Inspector Mr. Ramesh Mahale who was the chief investigating officer for 26/11 attacks has written in his Marathi book, "Kasab Ani Mee" (Kasab and I) that only 8 terrorists hired FOUR cabs to go to 4 locations. The 5th pair used rubber dinghy to reach hotel Trident. Police say, that dinghy later drifted towards the same fisherman's colony where terrorists had landed earlier. The abandoned dinghy was spotted by the fisherman in that area and was handed over to the police.

I really doubt this story because the road distance between where the terrorists landed and the hotel Trident is less than 2 Kilometers. in fact, this distance was the shortest distance amongst all other targets. Hiring a cab was the best possible method to reach hotel Trident quickly. Then why did they use rubber dinghy to go to the hotel Trident?

Another important point that does not match the story....

The Hotel Trident is directly facing Arabian sea. If the rubber dinghy was left there for a free drift then it would have drifted into the open sea. But it was spotted inside the gulf, where terrorists had landed earlier. It is highly unlikely that a rubber dinghy left in the open sea would drift inside the gulf!

We do not know the time when this dinghy was spotted by the fisherman and at what exact location hence we cannot say with certainty in either way. But it certainly looks very odd that only one pair used rubber dinghy and others used cabs. But for now, we will go with the official version that FOUR cabs were used.

Cab bombing...

After the terrorists got down from the cab, they left the IED bombs in the cabs. But instead of keeping bombs in all 4 cabs, they kept the bombs only in THREE cabs! After about an hour, two out of the three cabs were completely destroyed in the bomb blast. Police say, the terrorists kept the bombs in the cab so as to create panic in Mumbai. The plan was, when the bombs explode in different parts of Mumbai, public would think there is a large scale attack on Mumbai and panic would set in.

I doubt this theory too because, the intended outcome of such random bombing at night time in south Mumbai was not sure. The bombs could have exploded in a remote place when the cabs are parked at night time.

The first cab was taken to the restaurant Leopold Cafe in Colaba. The bomb in this cab exploded near Mazgoan area killing cab driver and two other ladies on the road.

The second cab was taken to the CST railway station. This bomb exploded in Vile Parle, killing cab driver and a passenger.

The third cab was taken to hotel Taj. But here, the cab driver was suspicious about the passengers. When they got down at hotel Taj, the terrorists left the bag laced with the bomb in the cab. But the alert cab driver spotted the bag immediately and called back the terrorists to take the bag. The terrorists came back and picked up the hand bag pretending as though they had forgotten.

The suspicious cab driver was still watching them walk towards the hotel Taj and noticed, just few feet away the terrorists left the same bag near the police beat post, in front of the hotel Taj. He thought of alerting the police but suddenly heard the burst of gunfire and saw people running crazy on the road. The firing in hotel Taj continued and there was an utter chaos on the road. The cab driver had to wait till police arrived there. He showed the bag to the police and the bomb squad was commissioned to defuse the bomb. A major catastrophe was averted because of alertness from the cab driver.

But later when police tried to search for this cab driver to record his statement, get details of the terrorists and make him a witness, he was never found! The police searched every possible clue but he was never to be found again. He was vanished in thin air.

This whole episode of cab driver at Taj hotel is written in details by Sr. Police inspector Mr. Ramesh Mahale in his book. I am sure, this fact is not known to lot of people.

Question - India's all investigation agencies like Mumbai police, CBI, MI, IB and even RAW were involved in the investigation and still, how come this cab driver was never found? Indian investigation agencies are dam smart and if they decide to crack the case then they would do it at any cost. Then how come all of them could not find this crucial eye witness who saw the terrorists right from the time they landed? This is really very strange.

The fourth cab went to Nariman House (Jewish center). There was no bomb in this cab, nor there is any mention of this fourth cab driver in the police investigation nor his cab was found! This cab driver was never called as a witness in the court. Nobody knows anything about this fourth cab. Suspiciously strange.... why this fourth cab was not bombed?

If the instruction was to plant bombs in the cabs so as to create panic in different parts of Mumbai, then why fourth cab did not have the bomb? Hence I doubt this police theory.

Since only THREE cabs out of FOUR were bombed, I am getting following questions.

Question - Is it not possible that only three cabs were hired and not four? And these three cabs were bombed because the terrorists did not want the cab driver to report involvement of some local person/s who was/were guiding the terrorists? Two cab drivers were killed but the third cab driver survived the bombing but he too disappeared permanently, never to be found again! Was he deliberately made to disappear? This looks very suspicious. Why this angle was never investigated?

Question - Let's talk about the mystery of 4th cab. Is it not possible that 4th cab was never used and some local person drove the pair to the Nariman House in a private car? And this is the reason the fourth cab was never bombed, its driver was never identified and there was no mention of the fourth cab? The Nariman House is not a major tourist attraction in Mumbai. Locating this address in a densely populated residential area would have made it very difficult for the Pakistani terrorists who were strangers in the city. Hence is it not possible, some local person drove them to the address?

Question - Is it possible that the 5th pair too, that went to the hotel Trident was dropped in the same private car? And that is the reason police are saying, no cab was used here and a rubber dinghy was used to reach hotel Trident?

These are very obvious questions and Police had no answers as they never investigated this angle.

This all is very suspicious but there is no police investigation on this. I really doubt these Pakistani terrorists did not get any local help.

Let's Understand what ams and ammunitions terrorists carried from Pakistan.

Terrorists carried following Arms, Ammunitions and other items in their back sack.

Terrorists carried following items with them when they reached Mumbai.These details are given in the book written by Sr. Police Inspector Mr. Ramesh Mahale.

1) AK47 rifle - 1 each

2) Automatic Pistol - 1 each

3) Hand grenades - 8-10 each

4) AK47 magazines - 8 each (each magazine has 30 bullets, total 240 bullets per terrorist)

5) Pistol magazines - 2 each (each magazine has 7 bullets)

6) Khanjar (Indian dagger) - 1 each

7) Dry Fruits - 2 Kg each

8) Indian currency - Rs 4000 to Rs 6000 each

9) Nokia mobile - 1 each

10) Headphones - 1 each

11) GPS - one for the group

12) 8 Kg RDX with IED - 1 each

13) 9 volt battery - 3 each

14) Other small personal items.

If we calculate weight of all these items then it comes to about 25-30 Kg, which in line with what we see in the video of terrorists walking with back sack.

Question - The terrorists fought a fierce gun battle for 68 hours with the agencies. The ammunitions they they carried from Pakistan was not at all sufficient to fight the gun battle for three days, then the question is, where did they get the ammunitions to fight such a long battle? If you see the photos and videos of the destruction, you can realize, this kind of carnage could not be done with the ammunition that they carried from Pakistan.

The answer is given in the book written by Sr. Police inspector Mr. Ramesh Mahale. He writes, the CCTV footage in hotel Taj was showing terrorists going in and out of a room number 630 regularly. The police guessed that the terrorists must have off loaded their ammunitions in that room and that is why they were going in that room to replenish their ammunitions. Later when Navy commandos "Marcos" raided the room, they found ammunitions stored in that room!

See the video of carnage at hotel Taj. It is impossible to do this kind of destruction with 240 bullets, 8-10 hand grenades. Do you think this kind of destruction can happen with the arms they carried from Pakistan?

Question - Is it not possible that the room # 630 that the terrorists were visiting regularly was already stashed with ammunition prior to the attack? The terrorists were aware about this room and that is why they were frequenting in that particular room.

There were rummers that this room was booked couple of days before 26/11 with a fake ID and someone smuggled arms and ammunitions in this room before 26/11. May be this rummer is false but one thing is sure, terrorists could not have fought 68 hours gun battle with 240 bullets, 8-10 grenades and 4-5 RDX explosives. They must have got replenishment from somewhere but we do not know who did it and how it was done. Police are completely keeping mum on this very sensitive issue. If you ask any arms expert, he will say, it is impossible to fight this kind of war for 68 hours with just a small quantity of ammunitions.

Fake ID's of the terrorists with their Hindu names and Hindu outfit...

When the operation was over, police had nine dead bodies and one arrested terrorist Ajmal Kasab. All of them had fake ID's with Hindu names. The address on the ID was accurate, but no one ever lived there with that name at that address. As a result, police investigation proved that they were fake ID's. But it is interesting to note that all these addresses, which are from the different parts of India were accurately collected by someone! This shows, someone did do a good intel collection of interior parts of India. These details are given in the book written by Sr. Inspector Ramesh Mahale.

The fake names and the address of the Pakistani terrorists were as follows.

4) Hafiz Arshad - (Abdul Rahaman Bada alias Hayaji)

Hindu name - Raghubir Singh Ranjit Singh

Address - Plot # 673-4V, Ilis Bridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarath

5) Abdul Rahaman Chota (Saquib)

Hindu name - Arun Vikram Sharma

Address - Plot # 36A, Ganga Colony, New Delhi

6) Fahadulla (Gang leader)

Hindu name - Rohit Deepak Patil

Address - 313 S.K. Apartment, Indira Nagar, Vijay Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, TL

7) Ajmal Aamir Kasab (Abu Mujahid)

Hindu name - Sameer Dinesh Choudhary

Address - 254 Teacher’s Colony, Nagarabhavi, Bangalore, Karnataka

8) Soheb (Abu Soheb)

Hindu name - Sudhir Nair

Address - Could not be read because ID card was partially burnt.

9) Javed (Abu Ali)

Hindu name - Kishore Naidu

Address - Could not be read because ID card was partially burnt.

10) Nazir Ahemad (Abu Umer)

Hindu name - Prakash Kumar

Address - Could not be read because ID card was partially burnt.

In all the earlier attacks before 26/11, where Pakistani terrorists were involved, they never tried to take a fake Hindu name. They attacked as a Pakistani terrorists and died as a Pakistani terrorists. Then why they were given Hindu names for 26/11 attacks? This is certainly indicating some sinister conspiracy.

The terrorists wearing saffron wrist bands.....

See the red/saffron threads on Kasab's right wrist. Indicating Hindu identity

Look at Ajmal Kasab's picture taken at the Chatrpati Shivaji Terminus. You can clearly see the saffron color thread on his right wrist. Traditionally, Hindus wear this kind of thread on their right hand. But for 26/11 attacks, all Pakistani terrorists were wearing this thread on their wrist.

Conclusion -

1) It is very clear that Pakistani terrorists were using Hindu names, they were wearing saffron threads and they were speaking Bambaiyya Hindi, shows they were trying to disguise as Hindus. 

When they had come to India to kill innocent people and at the end, they were supposed to get killed...then where was the need to disguise as Hindus?

The reason for this disguise was, police would see Hindu identities, saffron threads on the wrist  on the terrorist's bodies and conclude that these terrorists were Hindus. This would put the blame on Hindus and prove the "Saffron Terrorism" theory floated by the senior UPA ministers and ATS chief Karkare, Param Bir Singh. 

Again, time line is important here. UPA ministers floated the idea of Saffron Terrorism during the first week of Nov 2008 and within few weeks, Pakistani terrorists conduct 26/11 attacks, under the disguise of Hindu identity.

This clearly shows a possible link between UPA ministers and Pakistan for 26/11 attacks!

If Kasab was not caught alive....and if IB had not intercepted live conversation between terrorist and their Pakistani handlers... and as per the plan, if all the terrorists were killed then the blame would have certainly come on the Hindus. 

2) It is difficult to believe that 10 half educated, Pakistani terrorists would enter Mumbai city illegally at night  time by sea, move around the city INDEPENDENTLY like a pro and take entire Mumbai city for hostage for 68 hours. This is unimaginable to do this, without a local help.

3) It is difficult to believe that terrorists fought a fierce gun battle for 68 hours with the limited ammunitions that they had carried from Pakistan. It is possible, they might have got the replenishment of arms and ammunitions after reaching Mumbai. But this part was never investigated.

There were total 7 major attacks in Mumbai on 26/11. The locations of the same are given below.

There are tons of articles, videos and news clips on what happened in these locations on 26/11 hence I will not spend time is elaborating the same

Rather in the next part, I will give very shocking details about how Karkare, Kamte, Salaskar and two constables were killed near Rang Bhawan theater. I will give some disturbing details of what role Police played in these killings and other details that you might have never heard. It may lead to believe, these officer's death was not by fluke but by design.

Real Reason Why Pakistan Is Rattled To The Core Because of Abolishing Of Article 370?

The recent unparliamentary statements from Pakistani leadership, right from Imran Khan, Army Chief Bajwa till local body leaders from Pakistan shows Pakistan is rattled, threatened and feeling the real heat because of scrapping of article 370.

On the surface of it it appears, by abolishing article 370, India has unilaterally decided that J&K is no more a disputed territory. Now Pakistan is worried that, J&K which is their struggle for the whole life, and an icon for Pakistan's existence, is wiped out. They also fear that, India by abolishing article 370 has unilaterally converted LOC into defacto international border. 

But is it the only reason why Pakistan is giving statements of extremity, insanity? They are literally threatening the world by saying, if article 370 is not reinstated then there will be a nuclear war.

The question is, why Pakistan should be worried so much about article 370? After all, it was just an administrative correction from Indian side. It was needed to bring equality, parity amongst the population and open new avenues of prosperity. Nothing changed at the ground level for Pakistan. Still they could call it a disputed territory, still they could claim Kashmir as their own and still they could infiltrate terrorists in J&K.   

Then Why Pakistan is So rattled?

The real reason is as follows. Pakistan knows, scrapping article 370 was needed to correct the problems within India but it is not the India's final solution. India will not stop at this. They will capture PoK to integrate entire J&K and that will be the final solution. The prospect of losing PoK is what rattling Pakistan.

But why Pakistan should be worried unnecessarily on this possibility? After all they have an active army of 6.5 million and NUCLEAR capability to protect Pakistan's territorial interests. Pakistan has always used Nuclear capability as a deterrent for lot of bad actions in the past. Pakistan will never give up PoK without a fight and possible use of nuclear warheads. Then why this rhetoric of threats?  

Pakistan is feeling the heat because of couple of reasons.

1) Pakistan's weak economy will not allow Pakistan to fight a conventional war with India for more than 7 days. After that Pakistan's defeat is certain.

2) To counter that, nuclear war is the option but Pakistan knows, nuclear weapons are just a deterrent. They can showcase them as a deterrent but cannot use them. If they use them, then they will be wiped out physically and logically. Hence that is not a real option.

3) International pressure - Pakistan's International standing is so weak that no country in the world except China is ready to stand in support of Pakistan. In recent days, Pakistan did try to internationalize the Kashmir issue but failed miserably because no one except China supported it. China's support is because of CPEC project, which it wants to protect. I will touch upon this point later.

This international apathy for Pakistan and Kashmir is what really rattling Pakistan.

Let's understand how international body is thinking?

US wants to get out of Afghanistan ASAP. They are negotiating with Taliban for the transfer of power after September 2019 elections. But Afghanis and Indians don't want Taliban to take over power because it will again start violence, instability and terrorism in South Asia. Plus Taliban's
rule in Afghanistan will be an "advantage Pakistan". Pakistan will use Afghanistan as a backyard to
train terrorists and situation like 2001 will reemerge. And nobody, including US wants that to happen. 

Then what is the option? The option is, India needs to play an active role in supporting Afghani government to stabilize. US also wants India to play a stabilizer role because it is in close proximity of Afghanistan as compared to the US main land. But to play active role in Afghanistan, India needs direct access to Afghanistan. 

Today, all modes of access to Afghanistan goes through either Pakistan or Iran. India cannot ask Iran to provide safe route for the Indian military to enter into Afghanistan because of strained relations between US and Iran, and Pakistan will never allow Indian air force planes to fly over its territory. If India cannot get a safe passage to transport men, machinery and supplies then it cannot operate in Afghanistan.

This is where the permanent solution of PoK comes into play. Please see the attached map below.

The above map shows, the only entry point from India to Afghanistan is through PoK. That is why PoK is strategically so important.

If India integrates PoK with rest of the Kashmir then India can get direct Road access to Afghanistan. India can use this route to sustain its mission in Afghanistan and provide stability.

US will agree for this plan and drum up support from other western countries. This has lot more strategic value than just stabilizing Afghanistan.

1) India will get direct access to central asian markets via road, which will improve trade and commerce.

2) US in future, need not depend on Pakistan's strategic geographical position to access Afghanistan and Central Asia. They need not pay ransom money to Pakistani generals for keeping the transportation routes open. India will be a reliable and friendly country to deal with. Russia too will support this because they too don't want Taliban to come back. 

3) US will use "Unified J&K" as a counter measure to keep China under check. This action will affect China's expansion plans in South and Central Asia. The big danger here is China's reputation as a  "Loan Shark". They give loans to the smaller countries for developing infrastructure but when these small countries cannot repay the loan then they ask that land for themselves. China has done same thing in Sri Lanka and taken over entire port. If Pakistan cannot replay China's loan then same thing will happen with Pakistan's CPEC project. If Pakistan gives CPEC area to China then that would be disastrous because then China will get direct road access to Iran, which US don't want at all to happen.

Hence there is a good chance that US will support India to integrate PoK with J&K. Pakistani leadership knows this may happen and that is why they are so worried to save PoK. India is also making it clear that PoK belongs to India. Indian leadership has recently made number of such statements saying, PoK belongs to India.

What will Pakistan do if India takes a military action in PoK? 

Pakistan will fight back, there will be collateral damage and Pakistan will lose PoK. But it will not go for a nuclear war because US will assure Pakistan that if Pakistan backs off then US will get them World Bank loan to rebuild the economy. They will offer other incentives to Pakistan to let go PoK. Pakistan will accept it because the other route is total destruction of the country.

What will China do if India takes PoK?

China will have major problem for CPEC investments because a big portion goes through PoK. Please see the map below. CPEC going through PoK is marked with Blue color.

China may threaten to open another front on the eastern side but will not do so because of US pressure. If they open another front with India then that will start a very big war and lot of countries will get involved in it. Hence chances of China opening another front with India are remote.

Instead, China and India can made a deal, ahead of time to protect CPEC route in PoK, India can sign a contract with China to protect China's investment! China will welcome this because its huge investments in CPEC would be protected and it would be mutually beneficial for both the countries. Hence I don't think China will go into confrontation mode. This is visible now itself, after recent close door UN meeting on Kashmir, China has not supported Pakistan on its Kashmir policy. 

Hence there is a good chance that India will eventually move into PoK to integrate with J&K.

Coming months will be very action packed and dangerous but India has to go through it to end the problem permanently.
